Property Access

  • Dreamcatcher is within a gated community called Riverbend at Lake Lure.
  • Use your gate pass to access the other half of the community which has additional amenities.
  • The roads in the Riverbend community are packed gravel. 4WD is not necessary, but recommended if guests don't feel comfortable navigating mountain roads.

Policies and Rules

  • Guests at this home will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • This is a Pet-Friendly home. Please inquire about restrictions prior to booking. The pet fee is $100 plus tax. No cats, birds, other household pets, or exotic animals are allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • In addition to the nightly rate, booking fee, cleaning fee, and taxes, a $59 Accidental Damage Waiver covers up to $1500 in accidental damage during a guest stay. Any damage in excess of $1500 will be the guest's responsibility. Negligent or purposeful damage will be the responsibility of the guests and is not covered by accidental damage insurance.
  • The pet fee is $100 plus tax.

  • This home is equipped with security cameras to monitor activity when the home is vacant. Cameras are disabled once guests check in.
